This book is the beginning of Tim's program - which he gives you for free via his website when you've finished reading it - so I have no idea what the 1 and 3 star reviews are about. It's $5. I can't remember the last time I got something this valuable for $5 (probably because it's never happened). It's an easy read (you can knock it off in an evening), and the instruction is coming from a knowledgeable and well meaning guy. I can't say if the program works or not yet, because I've only just started, but being somewhat knowledgeable on the subject myself, the information so far looks sound. Frankly, I'll be surprised if it doesn't work. So go ahead and give it a try; it might change your life for less than the price of a venti latte.

UPDATE: It works, 100%. I'm through the cleanse part, have dropped 5lbs of body fat (15.8% down to 13.6%), and can honestly say I can't remember the last time I felt this good. I have energy I never knew I could have, have fundamentally changed the way I eat (and live), and could not be more grateful. THANK YOU Tim.

I was a little hesitant at first but it was my research that did in fact lead me to Tim. So I wanted to get away from the chemical sticks we use as deodorant and go in a more natural direction. I am a good test subject in this regard because if it doesn't cut it, you're going to know about it! Well, it worked and it also has additional health benefits.

I also had this thing growing off my chin. No, I didn't go to the doctor, I managed to rip it off (Yeah, I know, dumb) and to my surprise, it grew back. It was some kind of dry, skin tag/wart kind of thing so since it was dry skin, I put this cream on it and it started to shrink and over the course of two months it went away.

I am very pleased and impressed and I plan on continuing to improve my health through Tim's advice and inspiration!
I would probably give the rating a 3.5 if that were possible. The book is ready to read and follow. Mr. Ritter engages in a significant amount of side commentary, or making statements like "more about this later"; these are kind of distracting. The points he makes are simple, but are not stated by most of the so-called fit and health professinals which use outdated or unverified information. The points are also easy to implement. I have started to engage in a few points that I was missing and had already seen results. For the price and the info, it is worth the read.
I first stumbled upon Tim while looking up about "niacin" online for a project in a nutrition course. Seeing his ripped body on YouTube was enough to convince me that the guy must know what he's talking about! A good rule to follow in life is "Take advice from the people who have the results you wish to have."
Turns out the only good thing that came out of that course was that i now have all of Tim's exhaustive hours of research at my fingertips!

I have learned a lot reading this book... some of it will challenge your current belief on nutrition, fitness and general health even if you "know a thing or two". This book hands out cutting edge information about how to make your workouts quicker and more effective and insight into how your body processes specific foods. Further more it talks about managing your emotions and dealing with food addiction. The best thing is that this comes in a short easy to read package that gets straight to the point!
Tim's newest information is a God send for us over 40's!
Additionally, the book has loads of information on how to achieve wonderful physiological homeostatis through diet, exercise and supplementation with NATRURAL ingredients.
Diet is espeically helpful.
What I also like about the author is that he's remained faceless for years. Just Google
"faceless fat loss". You'll see what I mean.
In addition to the great writing, Tim, himself, is an exceedingly dedicated researcher.
I'm very impressed.

For $5, how can you beat it? Those very few that gave only a couple of stars did not bother to read it carefully, as at the end you are directed to more and more information at no additional cost. This is a real bargain, as Tim shares what he has learned and that saves us much time and money. I've not yet tried the program, but already feel I got more than my monies worth. Everything from here is just a bonus for me.
I bought this by accident. I don't guess you can return kindle books. Anyway, there is hardly anything new here. The cover was similar to one I used to have a hardcopy of from Macbook/Men's Fitness that was actually a good program with workouts and demo photos. Don't waste your money.
This entire book is an advertisement. In the final chapter he gives you the information you pay for. You must go to his website and register. He will then email you videos with the actual content that should be in the book.

I can't really comment on the content of the video as I lost interest after spending some time scanning through the Ad/Book looking for any useful information.
